Sales Executive

Overview of Role:

This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual to join an established team in international sales. My client are market leading in mobile handsets new and 2nd life, accessories and other related products. They carry a wide range of product and services that will form the basis of your sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to develop a career within a highly rewarding environment. They should also have a strong track record in a fast-paced Sales environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading firm within an ever-changing industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for hunting out new growth opportunities across the European market and nurturing existing trading relationships to maximise revenue growth.

Location – Sandyford, Dublin 18

Salary – €45K plus bonus

The ideal candidate will assist with::

  • Identifying new sales opportunities and developing and implementing execution plans
  • Managing a sales pipeline and reporting on same
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts
  • Building solid commercial relationships
  • Identifying and developing new business channels
  • Closing new business in line with defined targets
  • Building strong working relationships with international customers at key levels
  • Building account strategy and territory plan
  • Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast using CRM and other tools
  • Maintaining knowledge of market, competitors and customers
  • Manage weekly reports, forecast stock, maintain price lists

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Excellent numerical skills 
  • Experience in new territory development (International experience a plus)
  • Strong cross -functional working experience
  • Previous account management experience desirable
  • Successful track record in a high-volume transaction sales environment
  • Exceptional Communication, Interpersonal and Organizational skills
  • Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment 
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Must have a “commercial mind-set”
  • The ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Capable of working own initiative
