Temporary HR Administrator

Additional Information:

Contract: 3-month, full time temp.

Salary: €37K pro-rata

Location: Hybrid (Mostly WFH, some travel may be required to office in Ballsbridge)

Our client, a fintech company who have offices here in Dublin, are looking for a Temp HR Administrator to join their team on a 3-month contract. The company have just recently completed a merger, and a thorough data cleanse is required for their internal data systems.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage the data cleanse of the system (system used is Bamboo)
  • Identify instances where the data is not uniform/incomplete and rectify
  • Ensure correct documents are attached to individual profiles on the system
  • Notify direct reports of any missing documents and attach to the relevant files
  • Integrate the existing Org Chart into the BambooHR system

Required Skills/ Experiences:

  • Third level degree in HR or related discipline is essential
  • Applicants should have previous experience working in a fast-paced HR environment
  • Ideally someone who is bright, sharp, and will hit the ground running
  • Must be confident enough to ask questions if unsure what to do
  • Pleasant, good interpersonal skills, able to work on own initiative
