The Role:
An established international business operating in the luxury goods sector is seeking a commercially driven B2B Sales Representative to support the expansion of its wholesale operations across Europe.
This is a high-impact role focused on new business acquisition, account growth, and full-cycle sales ownership within a fast-paced, high-value product environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and grow a B2B client base across European markets (retailers, resellers, e-commerce, auction channels)
• Drive outbound sales activity through structured prospecting (phone, email, CRM tools)
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and repeat business
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximise retention and revenue
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of wholesale accounts
• Track and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent conversion and performance
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure seamless delivery
• Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPI metrics
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years’ experience in B2B sales or business development
• Strong track record in new business acquisition and outbound sales• Experience in luxury, fashion, wholesale, resale, or high-value goods is highly desirable
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and grow accounts
• Highly organised with strong pipeline and CRM management skills
• Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and closing ability
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a target-driven environment
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
• Existing network within relevant industries is beneficial
