Position Overview:
We are opening QA engineer positions for our Engineering team.
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the software factory to ensure product quality.
You have previously implemented complete software factories to ensure the reproducibility, tracking, and quality of software builds We provide excellent training opportunities and exposure to the latest technology stack. Depending on requirements, we offer an opportunity to attend industry relevant conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan: Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Design: Create detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases, well-structured, with associated scenarios (functional, integration, performance, and security).
• Automate: Automate tests where possible to ensure effective test coverage and continuous regression testing.
• Execute: Perform manual testing at the component and API levels, as well as feature and end-to-end testing.
• Document: Provide comprehensive test reports with results and identified issues. Document testing processes, test cases, automation scripts, and outcomes.
• Collaborate: Enhance applications by closely collaborating with developers to assess and advise on testing.
• Share: Train team members on quality assurance best practices and testing processes
Qualifications:
• A graduate of an engineering school, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of software quality.Rigor and organization
• Strong mastery of documentation tools
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques
• Proficiency in Gitlab CI
• Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, JIRA
• Good knowledge of Linux
• Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and related tools
• Understanding of fundamental programming principles
– Knowledge of bash and Python
– Familiarity with PHP / Symfony stack
– Familiarity with NodeJS / React stacks
• Ability to develop and deploy tools for test automation
Additional Asset:
• ISTQB certification (or similar)
• Previous experience in the aerospace industry
