  • The Client had its own Facilities Team on their own state-of-the-art large Site – maintaining over 20 + large facilities buildings.

Must have experience in the following:

  • Must have experience managing a medium-sized maintenance team
  • Must have experience in Contract management including the development, management and review of contracts and SLAs, and establishing relevant KPI’s to ensure service objectives are being met.
  • Must have Experience in Service Delivery – manage capital replacement projects, from procurement through to completion, ensuring all compliance checks are in place.
  • Attention to detail is a must – Manage contractor and vendor relationships, ensuring that procurement procedures are followed, and contracts are negotiated to optimise delivery and cost savings.
  • Degree qualified.
  • Project Management skills
  • Project Management, Preventive Maintenance, Contracts And service delivery management. Procurement management
  • Experience of the operations of a large type of business environment
  • Reporting to the Shareholders
