Must have experience in the following:
- Must have experience managing a medium-sized maintenance team
- Must have experience in Contract management including the development, management and review of contracts and SLAs, and establishing relevant KPI’s to ensure service objectives are being met.
- Must have Experience in Service Delivery – manage capital replacement projects, from procurement through to completion, ensuring all compliance checks are in place.
- Attention to detail is a must – Manage contractor and vendor relationships, ensuring that procurement procedures are followed, and contracts are negotiated to optimise delivery and cost savings.
- Degree qualified.
- Project Management skills
- Project Management, Preventive Maintenance, Contracts And service delivery management. Procurement management
- Experience of the operations of a large type of business environment
- Reporting to the Shareholders
