Job Summary:

  • Maintenance and upkeep for large commercial buildings and outdoor facilities
  • Complete general repairs to both building fabric and services.
  • Perform scheduled inspection on life systems e.g., Fire Detections and Alarm Systems, Fire Hydrants and Extinguishers.
  • You will work with a team of 6

Salary:

  • €42,000 a year and guarantee over time of time and a half and double time,
  • Average 46k a year + On-site parking, Free Gym, discount Canteen, pension, Holidays
  • Career path and full training provided regarding health and safety and others.

Shift Work:

  • 1st week – Tuesday – Friday 8 am – 4 pm
  • 2nd week – Monday to Friday 2 pm to 10 pm
  • 3rd Week – Mon – Wednesday 6 am – 2 pm Off Thursday and Friday
  • 4th Week – Saturday and Sunday 6 am – 6 pm with the next Day off and then the shift starts again

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of Leaving Certificate qualification or equivalent in trade
  • Must have previous experience in a maintenance or facility services role.
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Manual handling course
  • Safe pass –
  • Experience Performing scheduled inspections on life systems e.g., Fire Detections and Alarm Systems, Fire Hydrants and Extinguishers.

Duties:

  • 1. Perform maintenance routines.

    2. Ensure scheduled Maintenance is performed and completed in a timely manner.

    3. Maintaining up-to-date records on the PPM system as tasks are completed.

    4. Complete post maintenance repairs

    5. Scheduled hygiene checks,

    6. Perform scheduled inspection on life systems e.g., Fire Detections and Alarm Systems, Fire Hydrants and Extinguishers.

    7. Complete general repairs to both building fabric and services.
