Key Responsibilities:

  • 360 Recruitment Ownership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top talent.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and approach potential clients, pitch recruitment services, and negotiate terms to secure new business.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor for both.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for growth within your specialized market.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed recruitment and revenue targets.
  • Candidate Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust network of high-quality candidates to quickly respond to client needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in recruitment is a plus, but we also welcome individuals with a strong sales background looking to transition into recruitment.
  • Authorised to work full time in Ireland.
