Sales Consultant - IT Solutions

Job Summary:

We’re working with a top-tier IT services provider that’s looking to hire an experienced Sales Consultant to help grow their customer base while managing a portfolio of existing and past clients. This role is focused on solution-based selling across a broad IT services offering — including Cloud, Infrastructure, End User Support, and more.

What you need:

  • 5+ years’ experience in ICT/IT Solutions sales
  • Proven track record selling into mid-to-large organisations (250–5,000+ users)
  • Confident engaging with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable handling complex bids and RFPs (private & public sector)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proactive, organised, and self-motivated
  • Skilled in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Identify and win new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships from C-level to technical teams
  • Work closely with pre-sales, architects, and bid teams
  • Deliver tailored proposals and presentations
  • Respond to RFPs and support the sales cycle end-to-end
  • Represent the company at industry events and meetings
  • Maintain CRM records and report on pipeline activity
