Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Acquisition: Spearhead end-to-end recruitment strategies, aligning with client business objectives to secure top-tier talent that drives organizational success.

Business Partnership: Forge and cultivate robust relationships with clients, positioning Firstaff as a strategic partner in their growth by delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

Market Dominance: Conduct dynamic market research to identify industry trends, staying steps ahead of the competition and positioning our firm as a market leader.

Network Expansion: Leverage your extensive network and engage in strategic networking initiatives, both digitally and at industry events, to proactively identify and attract high-calibre candidates.

Holistic Candidate Assessment: Implement rigorous assessment methodologies to ensure the delivery of candidates who not only meet skill requirements but also align with clients’ cultural and strategic aspirations.

Negotiation Mastery: Drive successful negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that contribute to both parties’ success.

Performance Excellence: Exceed established performance metrics, including placement targets, revenue generation, and client satisfaction, showcasing your business acumen and sales prowess.

Qualifications:

Strategic Vision: A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, showcasing a strategic approach that enhances business development opportunities. International recruitment experience is highly valued.

Market Leadership: Proven ability to lead and influence within the Irish market, coupled with a solid understanding of European recruitment nuances.

Authorisation: Must possess full authorisation to work in Ireland and Europe, demonstrating your readiness to navigate international business landscapes.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills. Additional language proficiency is a compelling advantage.

Networking Acumen: Proven ability to build and leverage a powerful professional network, translating into tangible business development opportunities.

Results-Driven Mindset: A track record of surpassing recruitment targets and contributing significantly to revenue growth while ensuring client satisfaction.
