Senior Building Surveyor

Our client is looking for a full-time, permanent Senior Surveyor (Building), who is either Registered and/or Chartered, or well advanced on their path to being so.

Roles and Responsibilities:

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work in our client’s Practice, a Firm of Chartered Building Surveyors, Project Managers and Health & Safety Consultants with the main focus of the job being Technical Due Diligence, Dilapidations, Statutory Compliance Matters and Project Management.

The successful Candidate should have 6–10 years Commercial Building Surveying experience and be willing to work, as part of a successful team in a small, well-established and growing practice.

This role will suit an ambitious and enthusiastic individual wishing to advance their career.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as an all-round ability to deliver high quality work to our diverse and valued Client base.
