TAX FREE Project Supply Chain Coordinator (Senior Manager)

Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Project Supply Chain Coordinator to support the alignment of project requirements with supply chain strategies. This role plays a vital part in ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality outcomes across all project stages. The successful candidate will act as the key interface between project teams and the supply chain function, ensuring seamless coordination, timely escalation of issues, and proactive risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on overall QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets to ensure alignment between project needs and supply chain strategies.
  • Oversee planning and demand-setting activities to ensure all procurement and delivery requirements are met in line with project commitments and schedules.
  • Participate in project meetings to communicate supply chain requirements, escalate delays, and maintain collaboration with Engineering, Planning, and Program teams.
  • Track contract statuses and keep relevant stakeholders in Projects and SCM informed.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support sourcing strategies, cost-reduction initiatives, and service enhancements.
  • Monitor the end-to-end supply chain process related to project execution, ensuring effective information flow and accurate reporting.
  • Assess the efficiency of SCM processes and project information exchange, recommending improvements based on evolving needs and market conditions.
  • Conduct regular reviews of QCD scope with stakeholders, identifying potential risks, claims, or incidents.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Project Management certification or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management within a supply chain function.
  • At least 5 years of experience in planning and procurement.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of project management principles within supply chain operations.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba).
  • Commercial and process awareness.
  • Strategic thinker with sound decision-making skills.
  • High integrity and commitment to performance excellence.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
